Use case/challenge:

A global F200 financial services firm, was looking to support its customer facing staff, on their ‘new way of sales’, with just-in-time learning content and tools. The current paper based solution wasn’t being used effectively.

 

Solution:

An extremely intuitive iPad App with a range of innovative features was designed to replace the current solution. Users could very quickly drill down into any specific content they needed through ‘Quick Access’ tools or take the opportunity to go through a micro-module while travelling. The App also had a range of pre-, in- and post-meeting tools that directly supported users in performing their job better.

There were a number of back-end challenges in terms of keeping the App size down, dynamic population of content, etc and these were met through innovative approaches.

 

The App was self launched virally and won a silver award for best use of mobile learning.
