Solution: Portal-based e-learning
A global FMCG firm needed to deliver product training in a memorable manner to all 50,000 staff (and partner organisations). Conventional e-learning hadn’t been received very well and the firm was keen to find an engaging way to deliver the content.
A portal-based interactive learning solution was designed to deliver the content, with the ability for learners to delve into the content as needed. This design was similar to contemporary media portals or e-magazines, similar to how learners would consume content outside of their work lives. The approach was highly successful and received very good feedback.
