The top crime fighting agency in the UK needed to train officers on their obligations with respect to a law that was coming into force. Aside from training 4000+ staff in a very short period, the challenge was to create a positive culture towards learning.
Recognising the changing demographics in the organization, a game-based learning solution was designed to maximise engagement. The uptake increased more than 80%, compared to other mandatory courses in the past which had an uptake of less than 20% in the same period, and had fabulous qualitative feedback.
