Solution:

SiyonaTech developed a SmartGlasses based support solution where the technicians could receive step-by-step instructions on the teardown process within their glasses, thereby leaving their hands free to carry on the work. A ‘QuickAccess’ feature allowed them to jump to a specific step if they were stuck.
